It is Good Friday. Such a serious day, but Sunday's a coming!! YAY.
Here's is how I always do my Easter Ham:
Spiral cut ham
Horseradish mustard
Brown Sugar
A soup can size of pineapple rings in their own juice
Whole cloves (GOSH, are they ever EXPENSIVE!!)
Ginger Ale (about a cup)
Place ham in crock pot. Pour ginger ale and some of the pineapple juice over the ham. Slather ham all over top and sides with mustard, and sprinkle heavily with brown sugar to form a paste. Affix pineapple rings with cloves to ham. Let cook while you are at Church on low for a couple of hours. Plate slices surrounded by the pineapple rings. YUMOLA.
