Braised Cabbage

This is a simple but DELISH one for those lovers of cabbage out there (including me!):

A half a head of green cabbage cut into thin pieces
Butter (I use 2-3 T. depending on amt. of cabbage - you want it to completely cover the pan)
LOTS of freshly ground pepper
Sea salt

Melt butter over med. heat. Add cabbage, pepper and salt. Cover, and let cook for a few minutes to start softening the cabbage. Remove cover, and stir frequently til lightly browned on the edges. Add more butter if needed. ENJOY. I made this yesterday aft., and am still waggin' my tail over it!!
