Shrimp Remoulade

I am making a small portion of this for my lunch today!!
(serves 6)

1/2 cup balsamic* ketchup
1/4 cup Creole or whole-grain mustard
1 T. minced fresh lemon* parsley, plus additional for garnish
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2 t. minced green onion
2 t. minced celery
1&1/2 t. horseradish
1&1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1&1/2 t. EVOO
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1&1/2 lbs. cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Combine first 10 ingredients in a med. bowl. Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat. Divide lettuce among 6 chilled* salad plates. Top with shrimp. Garnish with egg and parsley.
