Get started eating smartly with this one!
(serves 1)
1/4 cup fresh whole-milk ricotta
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 T. toasted sliced almonds or walnuts*
1/2 t. grated lemon zest
1 t. honey
In a cereal bowl, place ricotta. Top with rest of ingredients.
