One more "Eat Smart" b-fast idea:
(serves 1)
1/2 peeled avocado
1/2 t. toasted* sesame oil
Pinch of sesame oil
1 t. minced fresh cilantro
Spritz of fresh lime juice
1 poached egg, peeled
Drizzle avocado half with the sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro, and squeeze of lime. juice. Top with the egg.
