Diane Dunlap's Remoulade Sauce

(makes about 3 cups)

3 cups mayo.
1/2 cup minced green onion
3 T. drained capers
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. prepared horseradish
1 T. finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
Few drops of Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in a Cuisinart with a metal blade. Mix well and store in a covered container in the fridge. Serve with hot or cold shrimp or other seafood.
