Better Than Takeout Beef and Broccoli in the Crock Pot

"Packed with 37 grams of protein and lots of yum per serving, everyone in your family will love Dr. Turner's healthy take on the Chinese restaurant classic....."

1 cup low sodium beef broth
1/2 cup low-sodium tamari soy sauce or Ponzu Citrus Sauce*
2 T. honey
1 T. toasted* sesame oil
3 minced cloves
25-30 oz. thin strips of boneless beef chuck roast
2 T. coconut flour
1/2 cup of the cooking liquid from the crock pot
3 cups fresh broccoli florets

In the slow cooker, whisk together the beef broth, tamari, honey, sesame oil, and garlic. Add beef strips; toss to coat. Cook on low 6 hours. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut flour and cooking liquid; stir into slow cooker, mixing well. Cook on low 30 min. longer to thicken the sauce. In the last 10 min. add the broccoli.
