Herb Salad with Lime Vinaigrette

This pretty one really floats my boat!! And, I can use herbs from my balcony farm - which makes me very happy!
(serves 8)

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 T. honey
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 t. kosher* salt
1/8 t. freshly* ground pepper
1/4 cup EVOO
2 heads Boston lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup basil leaves, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
1 bunch garlic* chives, snipped
Edible flower blossoms, like nasturtiums*

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually whisk in oil. In a salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing. Garnish with edible flower blossoms*.
