Cheddar Creamed Corn

I am making this today:
(9 servings)

2 packages frozen white* corn (one 16 oz. - one 12 oz.)
1 package cream cheese (8 oz.), cubed
3/4 cup shredded sharp* cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 t. Kosher * salt
1/4 t. freshly ground pepper

In a 304 qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook on low 3-3&1/2 hours or until cheese is melted and corn is tender. Stir just before serving.
