MM's Smoked Steelhead Trout Salad

I just made this with the leftover trout I baked yesterday. Took some to Carrie, and she pronounced it, "DELICIOUS!!!!"
(serves 2)

1 small wild caught steelhead trout fillet, baked with butter, EVOO, dill, and crystallized lemon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Fresh baby dill, snipped
1 celery rib, tiny diced
1 slice preserved lemon, rinsed and diced
Green onion tops, cut with a scissors
3 drops Liquid Smoke
Freshly ground black pepper

Using a scissors or sharp paring knife, break apart fish into bite-size pieces. Put into a med. bowl, and add all the rest of the ingredients. Mix gently, but thoroughly. Chill. This would be great served in an avocado half.
