I LOVE tasty food on a stick!!
(makes 4)
16 oz. Uncured Honey Ham deli slices
3 red* bell peppers, washed and cut into 1" pieces
1 pineapple, trimmed and cut into 1" cubes
1 small red onion, cut into 1" pieces
4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Kosher* salt
Freshly* ground pepper
Canola oil
Assemble kabobs: Alternating all the ingredients on the skewers. Very gently brush the kabobs with oil. Season with S&P. Grill over high heat. When kabobs have been removed from the grill, season with thyme leaves and serve immediately.
