Chickpea Tabbouleh Salad with Tuna

This is a GREAT salad for a picnic or concert - no mayo.!
(serves 4)

2 (15.5 oz.) cans chickpeas, rinsed and coarsely chopped
1 large beefsteak tomato, seeded* and chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1/2 bunch lemon* mint (or reg. mint), finely chopped
10 pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1 lemon, juiced (about 3 T.)
2 T. EVOO
Kosher* and freshly ground pepper
2 (5 oz.) cans chunk -light low-sodium* tuna in water, drained

In a large bowl, toss first 8 ingredients; season generously with S&P. Gently fold in the tuna.
