Grecian Meatballs with Feta*

These are PERFECT for a party or potluck served hot in a chafing dish:
(Yields 100 cocktail size meatballs)

2 lbs. lean ground beef (or turkey* or chicken*)
1 cup fine Panko* plain bread crumbs
1 cup finely chopped sweet* white onion
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1&1/2 t.sea* salt
2 garlic cloves*, minced
1 t. lemon pepper
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. Johnny's Garlic Seasoning*
1 T. fresh parsley*, finely chopped
3&1/2 t. fresh* oregano, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta*
EVOO cooking spray

Tzatziki sauce - for serving on the side
Lemon wedges - for garnish

Blend all ingredients except last three together. Form into 1" balls. Place meatballs in a sprayed jelly roll pan or 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 350 for 35 mins. or until done. Serve with a bowl of chilled Tzatziki sauce, and lemon wedges.
