Cabbage, Fennel, and Golden Raisin Salad

Crunchy, tangy, and sweet:
(serves 6)

1 lb. green* cabbage, thinly sliced
1 small fennel bulb, sliced (1 cup)
2&1/2 T. fennel fronds, chopped
2&1/2 T. fresh dill* fronds, chopped
2/3 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup plain Greek* yogurt
1/2 cup light* mayo.
3 T. lime juice
1&1/2 -2 t. honey
Chives*, snipped for garnish.
S&P to taste

Toss together cabbage, fennel, fennel and dill fronds, and raisins. Combine yogurt, mayo, lime juice, and honey in a separate bowl. Stir yogurt mixture into cabbage mixture and season with S&P.Garnish with chives. Chill.
