MM's Tartar Sauce

This is based on the one I had at the Mystic Lake Casino Ribbons Restaurant that I got to savour many times when I went there with Al for Minnesota's famous Walleye:

1 cup light mayo*
1 T. shaved and chopped red onion
1 big squirt of lemon juice
1/2 t. dill
1 T. dill relish
A couple of shakes of garlic salt

Combine and chill. YUMOLA!!!!
